Wisconsin cheese is the best! No, really, I’m serious. I can say this because I wrote the book on cheese. Filled with recipes from creameries around the state as well as in-depth profiles about the farmers, immigrants and foodies who craft award-winning cheese, the book publishes in March of 2019.
